Planting trees in Lewis Park – inspired by Greta Thunberg

After their great meeting about Greta Thunberg last week, the Damsels and their families honored her by participating in Green Seattle Day.

With the guidance of forest steward Dee, they helped plant hundreds of trees and native plants.

No visit to Lewis Park would be complete without a visit to Dougie, the Douglas Fir that the Damsels transplanted as one of their first projects.
